We do not offer product exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the desired product will remain in stock during the exchange process.

​We also do not offer a parcel cancellation service, since we cannot control postal processes.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you have 7 days to decide whether to keep the work or return it in its original condition for a refund.

Process for Returns:

7 days to contact us about your intent to return the work

3 days from the day you contacted us to ship out the product. ***Do not ship the product before contacting us; please contact us first***

Package the artwork securely

Send the product to the return address stated on the purchase label

As soon as the product is returned to the artist, we will arrange a refund.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
